Yes. For most offers on our website you will be required to leave a security deposit when you collect the car. The deposit amount will be temporarily blocked on / taken from the main driver’s credit card and held for the duration of the rental. As long as you bring the car back undamaged at the end of the rental, the money will be unblocked / returned.

Please note you will need to bring your voucher to the pick up office to be able to collect your car. We suggest you print it out to speed up the pick up process

Yes, the hire companies normally charge a ‘one-way’ fee when you collect the car from one office and return it to another. If there is a charge, it is explained in the terms and conditions before booking and again on the rental voucher.

The fuel policy determines how you will pay for the fuel for your rental car and whether you will have to refill the tank or not before dropping off the car. You can see each car’s fuel policy clearly by its description.

You will be able to extend your booking as long as the hire company permits extensions and provided that the car is available for the extra days. Please note that you will need to go to the local office to sign the contract extension. Failure to do so can invalidate the insurance and result in a penalty charge for not extending the contract on time.
