We are never able to confirm the make, model or colour of the car you will receive. Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, colour, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.

Details of any additional drivers must be provided at the local office when you pick up your rental car.

Full/Full: You will be given the car with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. You need to return the car with a full tank and the money you paid for the tank on collection will be refunded. Full/Empty (Refund): You will be given the car with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. At the end of the rental when you return the car you will be refunded for the fuel remaining in the tank, minus the refueling supplement. The cost of the full tank can vary and the exact amount charged for fuel will depend on the car type and model. The exact fuel prices can also depend on the car hire company. You can find all the information you need regarding the specific fuel policy for your booking on your rental voucher. Under no circumstances is the fuel included in the rental price.

The average price of a Large rental car is around 35 € per day, although it always depends on the destination and seasonality.

The minimum age is 21 years old for most of the rental companies. You can find information about the age requirements and any possible young driver fees in the terms and conditions of each offer and also on your rental voucher.

Please note you will need to bring your voucher to the pick up office to be able to collect your car. We suggest you print it out to speed up the pick up process.
